The location was quiet and safe and very close to the Metro station. The hotel was fairly basic but clean and not very noisy.
We booked the superior double room so we expected a bigger room but it was actually quite small as the bed was. The decor was also a bit tired.
Location. App. 10Min. Walk to Arc de Triomph, and Champs Elysees. 2 min walk to the metro, bus stop right across the street. Yummy patisserie really close by. Great a/c, comfortable beds, nice updated and clean room, great shower. Helpful and friendly front desk staff.
Expensive breakfast, but we didn't eat there.
Good reception, very clean and quiet. Good valuer for money spent and a little out of downtown, but with easy acess to it.
Friendly staff , very helpful. Small hotel but very clean and welcoming. Room quiet with comfortable bed, good bathroom with power shower. Adequate size (but we booked superior room.) Perfect for a city break.
The staff were friendly and the room, although a bit basic, was clean and tidy!
Comfortable and metres from metro station. Staff were very helpful and cheerfull. Great location to explore Paris from !
Rooms have been renovated, they look great, the bathrooms are way above the Parisian average, in particular nice showers. Internet access is free and available in the room, at a decent speed. Staff is friendly. Metro is just a few steps away and there are a few good restaurants options in the area.
Breakfast is expensive, I chose to go to a café instead, it's less than half price.
A truly value for money booking at a hotel in a nice environment, just right for the area I had to do business. Convenient to the subway station and some nice, small restaurants nearby.
At arrival, I found the reception staff "aimable comme une porte de prison", however, over the time I got used to their style :-) and it didn't bother me any longer . . .
Cleanliness of the room, rainforest showerhead, good/free wifi connection in the room, great location by the subway/bus station of Place de la porte de Champerret.
Good money for value, perfect located for a city trip, metro station is very close, also some cafes to take breakfast (because breakfast costs extra 15 Euro), also nice for a beer/wine at night. Some restaurants are also there, most of them very good, but more expansive than quartier latein. McDonalds is also very close.
A bite too noisy (not from the street, but from the other rooms)
The front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location is great. The room was small but clean. We did not have a microwave or fridge but it didn't seem to matter. If you don't need a lot of onsite amenities, this is a great hotel. Our stay was pleasant and well worth the money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great location and inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area or in central Paris generally. Simple but clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal for a weekend city break. Would highly recommend cycling to see all the main sites in Paris with the bike network that exists - cheap and there is a rack very close to the hotel.
Very clean room with windows to the silent street. It is located far from the city center in nice clean district. There are a lot of cafes about this hotel (Mcdonalds also for whom who like) and metro station Porte de Champerre is very closed (50 meters). Hotel has a lift! There is fromagerie near this hotel(Bertier) so you can walk and try some french cheese.
There is not allowed to eat in rooms. There is no mini bar or fridge in the room. Also room has no air conditioner. Room was badly insulated. I heard how people in next room were taking a shower, when they closed doors and were spoken in hall behind the door. But I can suggest this hotel. Anyway it is very good.
I have nothing but good comments about this hotel. The room, while not big, is enough room to sleep, shower and get dressed, after all we were there to visit Paris not the inside of a hotel room. The staff was very friendly and they all spoke enough english for me. The room was very clean and the location is excellent.
It was a lovely little hotel, a classic french building with tiny rooms and narrow staircase and small elevator, but we loved it, it just made it warm and cosy. Our room was facing the main road but we never heard any noise from the street. All personnel at the reception was helpful with any question we had about getting somewhere. Location was great, the metro station was 2 min walk from the hotel and 5 min walk from a train station to Versailles.
Airport shuttle sevice is not 24/7, after 6pm you are on your own to get to the hotel from CDG.
